Ben Moxham

Ben Moxham is the Legal and Policy Director of the Australian Council of Trades Unions (ACTU). He has held various campaign and growth roles at the ACTU and the national office of the CFMEU. Prior to that he worked for the British Trades Union Congress on a wide range of issues including equality law, trade, international development and human and trade union rights across Asia, the Middle East and global supply chains. He has also worked as an employment lawyer, a research associate with Focus on the Global South in Thailand and Timor Leste and has degrees in politics, law and development economics.
